Innovate Apparel LTD specializes in custom bulk apparel manufacturing, fashion design, graphic design, and private label services. All products are made based on the specifications provided by our clients. We do not stock ready-made items or fabrics.

4. Orders and Pricing

Customization: All our products are created from scratch according to the client’s specifications, and no pre-designed items or fabric are stocked. This includes products such as t-shirts, leggings, jackets, leather goods, etc.
Order Process: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of the order. Please check your order confirmation for accuracy, as any changes may require additional charges.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on materials, complexity, and the size of the order. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Payment Terms

Structure: Depending upon total order amounts, payments can be broken into installments.
Additional Charges: Any additional revisions beyond what is agreed upon may incur additional costs.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Innovate Apparel offers free worldwide shipping on all bulk orders, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation.
Delivery Times: Delivery timelines are estimates. Custom design services and bulk orders generally have turnaround times between 25-30 business days. Delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, shipping delays) are outside of our control.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipping.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Custom Orders: Since all products are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a defect in workmanship.
Warranty: A 15-day warranty period is offered on all products starting from the day you receive the products. Defective items will be replaced free of charge.
Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in extreme cases, subject to approval. Manufacturing and shipping costs are non-refundable, but the remaining balance will be refunded.

8. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled only before the manufacturing process begins. A fee may be charged for any design services rendered prior to cancellation.
Order Amendments: Changes to orders may incur additional costs depending on the progress of the design and production phases.
